GENERAL

Solaristic Projects Ltd is a Maltese holding company with Maltese capital that operates in Malta and Italy through controlled companies that develop photovoltaic installations for us and for our clients.

Solaristic was founded in 2022 through the union of three partners, each with many years of consolidated experience in their respective sectors, and with the mutual conviction that Renewable Energy and, above all, photovoltaics are the only viable path for the sustainable development of our society.

DIRECTORS-FOUNDERS

Ryan Otto is a South African entrepreneur, holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Rand Afrikaans University and a Master’s in Taxation.

He founded Megatron Engineering (Pty), which rapidly grew into a Pan-African infrastructure group and was subsequently listed on the stock exchange. Otto then expanded his business into various industrial sectors, most notably Maxidor SA specializing in security barriers and Molopo (Pty) operating in the extraction, processing, and sale of natural gas.

In Malta, Ryan Otto is the CEO and majority shareholder of Shoreline Holding Company, owner of “The Shoreline” project, a real estate development with 340 luxury apartments and the largest shopping centre in Malta, with a total value exceeding 250 million Euros.

Vittorio Zaffrani is an engineer with a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa.

He is a professional Project Manager (PMP & MRICS) with extensive international experience in managing building and industrial projects of significant value in various parts of the world. He has managed projects for leading construction companies (general contractors) as well as for clients, including important projects such as hospitals, sports facilities, hotels, and high-end residential buildings (including the tallest residential building in Europe). Currently, he is the Project Director of “The Shoreline” project in Malta, one of the largest and most prestigious luxury investments in Malta. He is also the Managing Director of Solaristic Projects Ltd and an administrator of all companies controlled by Solaristic.

Sinan Vural has been working in the solar industry for over 15 years and has executed numerous photovoltaic projects. He is a founding member of ECO Solutions Ltd and the Managing Director of Sirius Systems Ltd based in Malta.

These companies were established to help businesses achieve Malta’s 2020 energy goals, which include:

* reducing carbon emissions,

* producing electricity from renewable sources, and

* increasing the efficiency of machinery and processes by using the most modern and efficient technologies available.

ECO Solutions provides technical and commercial support, installs and maintains renewable energy production facilities, and promotes “Green Energy” culture in Malta. It is also the official distributor of important global brands in the sector such as Schueco, SunPower, SMA, Canadian Solar, and other major brands.
