Optimize use of space available:

Systems can be installed on rooftops or on building facades, making on-site PPA ideal in areas where open space is limited.

By self-consuming its own electricity, better use of grid, lower grid losses, reduced need for grid expansion; On site PPA is the best way forward.

OUR SERVICES

ENERGY SAVING PROJECTS (ESCO)

1 . How do we operate?

This service is addressed to these clients who have an asset with high energy requirements and want to save in energy costs and as well protect their business from excessive enrgy price increse NOT INVESTING ANY MONEY.

In this case we do invest on a photovoltaic plant at Client premises and we sell energy at a discounted rate.

This service is also particulary indicated to these Clients who own an asset which is operated by third parties or in any case the energy consumptions is paid by third parties like: Commercial centers tenants, logistic centers with users different from the owner of the building or similar configurations.

In this case we can balance the economical benefit between the final consumer of energy and the owner of the premises.

PHASES

a. We do perform an energetical analisys collecting several information from the of the main energy consumer (or from more consumers if present).

b. We conduct a robust analysis in order to assess the various economical impacts varying the size of the PV plant and the finished cost of energy.

c. we establish the size (or better a range of sizes)  of the photovoltaic Plant which maximises the economical convenience for the Client (both the energy consumers and the owner of the premises).

d. We pre-dimension the photovoltaic plant/s according the information available through drawigns, satellite images, google hearth and similar instruments.

e. We present a detailed Preliminary Offer including all particulars.

f. Once the Preliminary offer is accepted, we will conduct a detailed site survey which allows us to finalise and confirm the preliminary photovoltaic design.

e. We present a detailed Preliminary Offer including all particula.

f. Once the Preliminary offer is accepted, we will conduct a detaield site survey which allows us to finalise and confirm the preliminary photovoltaic design.

g. We will enter in a contract with the Client.

h. we will start the design/approval process followed by Photovoltaic plant installation, testing and commissioning.

TYPE OF CONTRACTS

We do can basically propose two main type of contracts:

A. a 25 year contract of selling energy in which the PV plant remain under our ownership – This contract allows the maximum economicl benefit to the Client for the first 15 years and it is less profitable in the last 10 years compared with the second form.

B. a 15 years contract for selling energy in which the PV plant remain under our ownership, with an option to by the photovoltaic plant by the Client at the end of the 15th year (at minimal costs). WE will remain in charge for the maintenance of the PV Plant for the followng 10 or 15 years.

This contract allows less economical benefits compared with the previous for the first 15 years but allows much bigger economical benefits from the 16th year till the 25-30th years from the PV plant installation.

NOTES

Our services are addressed to users that can require a photovoltaic system of a size equal or more than 400kWp.

The photovoltaic configuration proposed (in the majority of the cases) are photovoltaic systems connected directly to the Client Main Electrical DB; this allow the Client to take the status of “Autoconsumer”.

We dimension the Photovoltaic plant in a way to maximise the economical return for our clients this imply that the majority of the energy produced by our photovoltaic plant will be direclty used by the final consumers, while in certain situations  a part of energy will go to the grid and will be paid according the current wholesale energy prices.

2. Roof tops

Solaristic Rooftop Solar System

Installing a rooftop solar system on your commercial building can significantly reduce your energy costs, help you avoid future energy uncertainty, and is a very public way to demonstrate your commitment to fulfilling your company’s sustainability goals.

Our smart commercial PV solutions are a true business game-changer. They’re designed to generate more energy from each panel, providing faster return on your investment and more profitability than conventional solar energy systems. All while ensuring your business continuity.

Across all EU countries, it will require solar installations on all new public and commercial buildings by 2026, on all new residential buildings by 2029, on non-residential buildings that undergo a relevant renovation by 2027, and on all existing public buildings in a stepwise approach by 2030. The Commission presented the measure as part of the EU Solar Rooftop Strategy to counter the energy crisis.

3. Car sheds

We do in house design car shed system for your needs.

We can use photovoltaic car sheds to provide you energy in case there is no space on the roof or your roof is not big enough to accommodate the optimal size of Photovoltaic installation to satisfy your needs.

We can provide you two types of car sheds:

LUXURY CAR SHEDS” DESIGNED TO minimise the disturbance of car drivers entering under the car sheds.

MODEL 1 – “NO COMPROMISES”

These type of car sheds have been developed with the aim to minimise the impact on the parking accessibility, there is in fact a single leg for both single and double car sheds and the entire system works cantilever – As possible to see from the images below there is almost no impact on car par space and accessibility.

These kind of system appear also to be more aesthetically attractive compared with other system.

ADVANTAGES

– parking spaces remain close to 100% of their original size.

– accessibility to car park is almost the same as without car shed.

– aesthetically pleasant.

– these systems allow high grade of customisation.

DISADVANTAGES

– they require quite a lot of steel and therefore the costs are high

– it is imperative to conduct a geological study and an accurate foundation design

– foundations whether on plants or piles are required and increase the cost of the installation

– time for developing the design and installation are higher compared with other typologies

– They are not suitable for parking located on roof tops

FOR WHICH CLIENT IS MODEL 1 ADDRESSED TO

These “luxury” type of car sheds are addressed to clients who do not want to compromise with car park accessibility and size , the installation of these system can be also limited to a vip or adjacent area of the main business reserved in example to the most luxury shops or users.

There are several formulas to get these car sheds, including but not limiting to: direct procurement of the car sheds by the Client, partial financing of the car sheds and the rest is paid by selling electrical energy or zero payment by the Client but with an increased energy selling price to the client.

LIGHT CAR SHEDS” DESIGNED TO  minimise the installtion costs and therefore to maximise the economical benefit of our clients.

MODEL 2 – “LIGHT WEIGHT-MASS PRODUCTION”

These type of car sheds have been developed with the aim to minimise their design production and installation cost and therefore to extend their use to in all the situation in which the final client is willing to provide a service to its own clients (or employees) but not willing to invest or pay an high premium in energy price.

ADVANTAGES:

– The total overall costs is less compared to MODEL 1

– The time for developing the design, production and installation is lower.

– Usually they do not require a real foundation but in most of the cases just a metal pile or micro pile under each columns.

– Can be used (under certain circumstances) in very large utility scale installations.

– They can be installed in roof top parking.

DISADVANTAGES

– The accessibility to the car park is reduces and as well is reduced the car park footprint and people circulation.

– They still require a geological study but the foundation design is easier.

FOR WHICH CLIENT IS MODEL 2 ADDRESSED TO

These type of car sheds are addressed to clients who still want to provide a shading service to their clients / employees, but don’t want investing any money (or really a limited amount) nor paying a consistent premium on energy costs.

In most of the case we are able to provide these car sheds free of charge to the Client (or at very competitive conditions).

4. other installations

We are open to discuss new applications such as Floating PV – tried and tested Agrivoltaics applications in detail to your requirements maximizing your return of investment.

5. Case study

Photovoltaic system in Molfetta servicing one of the biggest commercial centers in Italy “Gran Shopping Mongolfiera”.

Description

The system consist in a photovoltaic system of around 670 kWp connected to the Commercial centre main DB it is operational since 2016,

It generates and energy of around 880,000 kWh/annum, allowing the commercial centre to contribute to an equivalent saving of 165 TEP/year and a CO2 emission of around 410 T/annum, plus a consistent economical saving in energy cost for our client.
